What data we collect

• Booking and contact form: your full name, your email address, your message and the experience you are asking about.
• Messages you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or social media, with the details you choose to share.
• Technical data: like every website, the server records data such as your IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and to keep the site working. A coded version of your IP address is also kept for a short time to block abuse of the form.

We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools on this website.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and organise your experience: this is needed for steps you ask us to take before a booking, and to carry out the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations when a booking is made (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it. Providing your name, email and message is necessary for us to reply to you.

Who can access your data

Your data is handled by us and by the suppliers we need to run the service, such as our website and email hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A. Technical support may access it when needed for maintenance. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those services are run by Meta under their own privacy policies, and data may be processed outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer you and manage your request. Data linked to a booking is kept for the time required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@arimani.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
