One of the world's five Blue Zones

A longevity tour in my ancient village.

In Battista, in my great‑grandparents' house where my ancestors were born, I will guide you on a journey back in time.

I

What we eat

Simple, seasonal food from the land: grains, legumes, vegetables, the bread of our ancestors.

II

How we live

Hands at work and a body in motion, every day, in the rhythm of the countryside.

III

Who we share it with

Family, friends and a long table: nobody here eats — or grows old — alone.
